HOLY CRAPBALLS!!
So I got an email awhiles back from one of the alumni from Penn Six (my a cappella group) which talked about a guy that used to be in another a cappella groups, the jazz one called Counterparts, named John Stevens. Turns out he's now known as John Legend and was supposedly some famous singer. Well, f me! I had NO idea how HUGE he was. Peaked at Number 4 on the Billboard charts! - currently at Number 5. He's apparently Kanye West's right hand man - I guess it's good to make connections.
I think I've heard this dude before but I never thought that anything that came out of Counterparts was extremely special. I thought the first person I knew that would hit it big would be my friend Gabe, now known as Gabriel Mann. Well, kids - I will leave it up to you. With the return of the streaming music box. I will load up John Legend and Gabriel Mann and let you decide. Try not to suck up all my bandwidth but since there are only two of you... hi guys... i'm not too worried.

Family
Went up to see my nephew again this evening (went last night too)... He's such a cute boy. He's getting really big really fast (as big as a baby can keep getting). Had the hiccups again for the second night in a row - baby hiccups are too funny.
And the boy can sleep, just like his uncle. He makes me sleepy just watching him.
Went for some go-see for a stock photo shoot. The lady that was there seemed to like me and even asked if I've done a lot of print work before. The correct answer is YES! Although, I hemmed and hawed and was like 'yeah, i've done a few things.' Why do I do that? Totally undersell myself. People are overselling themselves every day (i have certain people or maybe just person in mind) and I really have to at least sell myself. If not, oversell.
Anyways, hopefully I get the gig. It's pretty decent pay for a non-agent gig. Could be fun.
I'm gonna go to sleep now - probably go read a few pages of my current book - Bringing Down The House. Got it for my birthday and it's a pretty easy read. Especially for someone who doesn't read. Ever. And never really learned how. And has only partial vision in one eye. That person reads more than me.
